Absolutely! Within 24 hours after completing your first 1-on-1 trial class, simply click "Request Refund" in your account. Unused credits will be refunded after the teacher contacts you. The trial class will be charged as a single session, and the rest of the payment will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
My pronunciation is always off. Can this course help me improve?
Yes! Spend 5 minutes daily mimicking the pronunciation videos in Notion and record yourself. Your teacher will pinpoint your tongue placement errors and provide corrections to refine your pronunciation.
I'm too busy with work and don't have a fixed schedule for learning. What should I do?
